Paid Service Refunds
For premium consultation services or custom organization plans:
- Full Refund: Available within 7 days if you're not satisfied with the consultation quality
- Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 14 days for implementation support services
- Product Returns: Recommended organization products may be returned according to manufacturer policies
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your consultation details and reason for the refund request
- We'll review your request within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Exclusions
Refunds may not be available for:

- Third-party products purchased independently
- Consultation no-shows without 24-hour notice
